About the event
Let us baptize you in sweat and revive you with an ice bath and boost you with some fresh coffee.
Get in where you fit in
8am - 10 mile group 7:30 - 8:30 pace groups
10:20am - 8 mile group 8 - 9:30 pace groups
Come Hydrated and well rested, this will be a hilly route.
Rest rooms are limited, come run ready.
Bring extra clothes and a towel if you wish to take an ice bath.
